FIFA President Joseph S. Blatter has criticised the way the Italian Football Federation handled the racist incident during the Serie A match between AC Milan and Roma last Sunday. Mr. Blatter said the decision to merely fine Roma for their fans' racist chanting during the match was “not valid” and “not acceptable.”

Formerly the Identity and Passport Service, the new Her Majesty’s Passport Office is designed to make the service more easily recognisable to British citizens at home and abroad.
