Cécile Kyenge, Minister of Integration has emphasised that she is “black and very proud to be black”.
In a press conference today at Palazzo Chigi, Ms. Kyenge, who was born in the Democratic of Congo, said she is Italo-Congolese, and belongs to two countries and two cultures.
