My employer has a gross annual income of 19,000 Euros. Is this enough?
28th August 2009: Question: I take care of a baby who is totally handicapped. His mother, who is my employer, has a gross annual income of 19,000 Euros. Can she apply for my regularisation? Thank you.
Answer: You can be regularised. An employer who wants to regularise a caregiver (badante) doesn’t have to show that he/she has any source of income. The main requirement is a medical certificate showing that the baby you are taking care is totally handicapped.
