Question: Hi, I applied for authorisation to work (nulla osta) for a Ghanaian worker under the latest Quota Agreement (Decreto flussi). Today I received a letter from the Immigrations Office at the Prefecture asking me to submit additional documents in support of my application. Instead of going there in person, can I just send them the requirements by fax?
Answer: It’s not wise to simply send the required documents by fax. The most appropriate thing to do is to send copies of the required documents by a registered mail with return-receipt requested.
